Through hard work and dedication, Lorraine McHargue was able to bring the dream of owning her own jewelry store to fruition.
With 9 years of previous retail jewelry store experience under her belt and a passion for jewelry, Lorraine created Glitz and
Glamour to bring her jewelry savvy and knowledge to Acworth, GA.
Lorraine understands the importance of contributing back to the community that gives her so much. To stay involved, she
regularly make donations to several local charities and organizations. Glitz and Glamour is also a member of the Acworth
Business Merchants Association.
Our Services
Jewelry Repair
We have 1 repairman trained in myriad aspects of jewelry repair. We can repair rings, earrings, pendants, chains, and pins.
Watch repair and battery replacement.
Pearl Restringing
Glitz and Glamour offers Pearl restringing and cleaning.
Wish Lists
We maintain wish lists for any customer who'd like to register special gifts. Whether you want to make sure friends and family
know what you've been hoping for or you'd just like to keep track of your desires personally, we're here to help.
Gift Wrapping
This additional service is completely free of charge.
Store Policies
Layaway
We offer a 90 day layaway plan for any item you desire under $500 and a 6 month plan for any item over $500. We do require
an initial 20% deposit of the total purchase including tax. The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in
accordance to the terms. Alterations & adjustments, such as ring sizing, will be made at balance payoff. Expired layaways will
receive an in-store credit for monies received, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Returns & Exchanges
Most returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Certain special orders and altered items may be non-
returnable and/or subject to restocking fees.
Refunds
Refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase. All refunds must be “in new condition” and accompanied by your original receipt
or a copy of it. We do not offer returns or refunds on Estate and Clearance items. Refunds are subject to restocking fees if
alterations have been performed and/or if the item needs polishing.
Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates in any denomination.
